Yes with traditional proxy sites! However Holy Unblocker (and other TN sites) have been made to be restockable using methods such as source randomization and more to hide keywords while being able to restock sites frequently via premium domains. Wouldn't sites just get blocked or filters catch terms such as "proxy, etc."? Enjoy accessing websites such as Discord or YouTube on managed devices without dealing with ads or limited speeds. Bypass filters and freely enjoy a safer private browsing experience or unblock websites on devices such as Chromebooks and at places like school or work without downloading anything. Here is a decent solution! Note that this isn't a complete solution but certainly is useful to some extent considering the domain restocks method is made to get around blocks and frequency of updates to counter web filters.
